Joined APD in 2018. Became an Associate Principal in 2023.

Mr. Flint is responsible for overseeing the work of the Structural Department at APD. He reviews conceptual designs with Project Leads to determine if more efficient solutions can be found. Mr. Flint particularly likes his work because he loves how each employee is respected and treated like family at APD. Outside of work, Mr. Flint enjoys traveling and camping with his wife and their Scottie dog. He also likes to play video games with friends.
