Joined APD in 2013. Became an Associate Principal in 2023. Became a Principal in 2024.

Mr. Noga’s career at APD has evolved from Project Designer to Associate. During that time, he has come to oversee the team that maintains the prototype for a large national retail client while also managing projects for several regional clients. Mr. Noga has designed retail stores across the United States, from FL to CA to NY.

Designing prototypes is a specialty of his, as he recognizes the advantages of having a well-defined prototype for successful expansion plans and the various factors that are involved in their creation and upkeep.

Mr. Noga values the importance of long-term relationships; from the repeat clients he serves to the next generation of APD staff he mentors in their professional careers.

When not at work, Mr. Noga relishes traveling to discover diverse cultures and cuisines, snowboarding, and cheering for his favorite sports team (let’s go Bills!). Of course, this includes spending time with his family, including two children who give him an excuse to be a kid all over again.
