This project included the addition of a sub shop to the existing Quicklee’s fuel station. APD developed concept plans and elevations for the addition. The project required the design of the addition to complement the existing building while also fitting in with the existing residential neighborhood structures.
Extensive interior renovations were completed, including the relocation of a restroom. MEP renovations included new HVAC, relocation of the primary electric service and refrigeration, as well as plumbing changes. The final construction documents included the sub shop addition, along with the interior and MEP renovations.
