From day one, Chris has exemplified exceptional leadership, inspiring others with his dedication, innovation, and unwavering commitment to our company’s mission.

Chris’s journey with us has been a testament to growth, from starting as a passionate team member to evolving into a visionary leader who guides and empowers others to reach their full potential.

Outside of the office, Chris has been involved with the Monroe Professional Engineering Society (MPES) for the last seven years as their VP and President, and now, he sits on the board. He is also a co-chair on the Parent Committee for his son’s Boy Scout Troop, organizing events, overseeing the board of reviews, and coordinating and addressing questions from parents.
