This project included the design and permitting of a new CarX building and parking lot on an existing site. Due to a fire, the existing building needed to be demolished before the new building could be erected. The parking lot was re-striped to bring it into compliance with new City standards, and an ILDOT permit was obtained for utility connections as well as for reconstruction of the public sidewalk. The interior of the building was updated to meet the most current imaging standards.
