For Todd Markevicz, every project is personal. He believes clients deserve a partner who is invested in their success, not just their project. Guided by a passion for problem solving and critical thinking, Todd takes a hands-on approach to understanding challenges, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that align with both immediate needs and long-term goals.


As Senior Principal of Civil Engineering, Todd draws on more than 25 years of experience leading site development initiatives for clients across the country. Since joining APD in 2002, when the company was a team of just 10 employees, he has played an integral role in its growth into the multidisciplinary firm it is today. His expertise spans due diligence, site/stormwater design, permitting and approvals, and construction coordination, with a particular focus on national retail and multi-site development programs. His proactive, client-first approach helps clients move projects forward with confidence while protecting their time, resources, and investment.


Guided by honesty, trust, and transparency, Todd believes leadership is about creating an environment where people can do their best work. By leading alongside his team and investing in the growth of others, he empowers people to build confidence, take on new challenges, and reach their full potential. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and making memories with his family.
