The Palmyra Marina is located along the New York State Barge Canal in Palmyra, NY. APD provided the design and construction of a sheet pile retaining wall, installation of an elevated timber walkway, excavation of a wetland area with vegetation, the addition of a timber weir, and the excavation of the marina basin itself. DEC and Army Corp permits were secured. Staff conducted weekly construction inspection visits. APD also assisted with the approval process to help secure funding for the project.
