APD provided MEP design services for a new 64-unit apartment building. Electric, Plumbing and HVAC design services were provided and included:
    • main electrical services/metering equipment, common areas branch power distribution panels and residential load centers
    • common areas: general and life safety lighting systems, power outlets, power connections to HVAC and plumbing equipment, lighting & power branch circuits, fire alarm system, and forced air and split heating/cooling systems.
    • residence buildings intercom system.
    • typical apartment unit lighting and power layouts
    • natural gas, domestic water, storm and sanitary systems calculations
    • domestic water heating system
    • Bathroom, Kitchen and Laundry room exhaust systems.
    • dedicated outside air systems.
