Monro, a rapidly expanding leader in car care, relies upon APD as their National Architectural/Engineering Consultant. As a business partner that we have collaborated with since the firm was founded in 1996, Monro recognizes APD’s cost effective approach and national licensing reach provides them with comprehensive services across the United States. Our architectural design group provides full service building development, including architectural and structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering. APD manages the Monro Prototype and performs site adaptations to develop new stores and remodels. Engineers at APD have provided entitlements, traffic studies, site development, survey, landscape architecture, civil engineering, and planning and zoning representation for nearly 200 projects. Through this experience, we have also developed Monro’s Engineering standards. Recognizing our unmatched proactive approach and depth of experience, Monro also uses APD to provide consulting and oversight on developer-owned projects.
