APD provided both building design and site design for this nearly 4-acre vacant land parcel. There is a total of (8) proposed storage buildings ranging in size from 2,000 SF – 4,200 SF with gravel drives between. This project will be built in phases, based on occupancy. A stormwater treatment system was designed with a bioretention system and overflow pond. The first phase of construction is anticipated to start summer of 2020 and be completed by the end of the year.
