Since 2022, our team has partnered with Sheetz, Inc. to support the continued growth and evolution of its store network across Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and Michigan.

Our multidisciplinary team provides Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, and Permitting services for new stores, remodels, truck facilities, and operational centers. By bringing these disciplines together under one team, we support projects from early site planning through permitting and construction, helping streamline coordination, simplify communication, and keep projects moving efficiently.

Whether supporting new developments or improvements to existing sites, APD delivers integrated design solutions that balance operational efficiency, customer experience, and long-term functionality. Our experience supporting nationally recognized convenience retail brands gives us a strong understanding of the fast-paced schedules, consistent standards, and close coordination required to execute successful multi-site rollout programs.
