Dunkin’

Since 2020, we have partnered with Dunkin’ franchisees to support new locations, remodels, and adaptive reuse projects throughout the Northeast. By bringing Architecture, Civil, Structural, MEP Engineering, and Permitting services together under one team, we help move projects from site evaluation through construction with a coordinated and efficient approach. Our experience adapting prototype requirements, working within existing buildings, and navigating municipal approvals allows us to develop practical solutions that support operational goals while maintaining the Dunkin’ brand experience.

In Alfred Station, New York, we transformed a former bank into a fully operational Dunkin’. The project required creative architectural solutions, utility analysis, parking and circulation improvements, NYSDOT coordination, and the integration of an existing concrete bank vault. Working within those existing conditions allowed us to preserve what was already there while creating a functional, brand-aligned space built for long-term use.
