APD supports Burger King franchise groups with coordinated Architecture and Engineering services for ground-up restaurants, remodels, retrofits, and drive-thru upgrades. Through this work, we help adapt Burger King’s prototype standards to individual sites while navigating planning, zoning, permitting, civil/site design, structural engineering, MEP engineering, and architectural coordination.

Our experience includes the transformation of a former Friendly’s in Gates, New York, into a modern Burger King featuring a double drive-thru, exterior seating, and an updated dining environment, along with ground-up and remodel projects throughout the Northeast. By supporting projects from early due diligence through construction, we help franchise partners simplify coordination, maintain project momentum, and deliver restaurants that meet both brand standards and site-specific requirements.
