This retrofit store included the renovation of an existing building for a new ALDI store and adjacent future tenant space. APD designed a new exterior front entrance facade, incorporating ALDI’s new ER Prototype features. A new loading dock area was added to accommodate ALDI vehicles. In addition, APD designed the facade of the other half of the tenant space for a future tenant.
