Adam Noga, AIA, NCARB, LEED Green Associate

Principal of Architecture

“At the end of the day, everything we do goes back to relationships and communication. That is the key to success.”

Adam Noga believes the best projects start with something simple: being genuine. That philosophy has guided more than 13 years at APD and shaped the way he works with clients, consultants, and teammates. For Adam, lasting relationships are built through honest communication, mutual respect, and solving challenges together.

Since joining APD more than 13 years ago, Adam has grown from an architectural designer into Principal of Architecture, helping lead prototype and multi-site retail programs for national brands across the country. His work managing the ALDI Prototype reflects his collaborative approach, bringing together client feedback, vendor input, and design expertise to continuously refine a program that evolves alongside the brand.

For Adam, leadership is measured not only by results, but by the growth and success of the people around him. He believes great leadership starts with self-awareness, adaptability, and creating an environment where people feel supported. Known for his open-door approach, he enjoys mentoring team members and helping them build confidence in their abilities. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, snowboarding, spending time with his family, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.

Favorite Project
Adam’s favorite project is managing the ALDI Prototype. This process is unique from a typical project in that it is never complete but a living, breathing document. Adam consistently synthesizes feedback from the client, vendors, and design team to put together a package to assist the client in meeting their corporate goals. Its success is a result of years of partnerships, innovation, and refinement.
