Principal of Architecture

“I truly believe APD has a great system for supporting our staff’s growth. We give them the opportunities to go as far and as fast as they aspire to achieve in their careers. The sky is the limit here.”

Amanda Speranza-Kelly believes great projects start with great communication. Known for her responsiveness, honesty, and collaborative approach, she has built lasting client relationships by staying engaged, solving problems proactively, and keeping projects moving forward. Inspired by a lifelong interest in building and design, Amanda discovered CAD in high school and has been passionate about architecture ever since.

Since joining APD as a Designer in 2011, Amanda has advanced to Principal of Architecture, leading retail, quick-service restaurant, and healthcare projects from concept through construction. Licensed in 15 states, she combines design excellence with strong project leadership, aligning client objectives, schedules, and project teams to deliver thoughtful, high-performing solutions. Her experience with both prototype and ground-up projects helps clients simplify complex programs, improve consistency, and support long-term growth.

Amanda believes leadership means working alongside her team, creating opportunities for others to grow, and stepping in wherever she is needed.
