Our Architectural and Engineering teams delivered a fully integrated ground-up ALDI project using the V7.0ER prototype, originally developed in-house. The design was customized to meet Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements, including a 50% glazing mandate on the East Ridge façade and full 360-degree façade architecture, which required additional Nichiha cladding fields to maintain visual continuity.

The APD team provided all architectural, Structural, and MEP design services, ensuring a cohesive, code-compliant, and brand-consistent build. This project reflects our ability to adapt standard retail prototypes to complex jurisdictional guidelines while maintaining performance and brand identity.
