The Architect of Record for this project is APD Senior Architect, William DeVos, RA. He completed this project earlier in his career, prior to working with APD.

The design of a new building, this project included site demolition; full design, including ornate masonry details throughout its facades; and construction monitor services.

Mr. DeVos led a well-coordinated team effort between the City of Canandaigua, public agencies, consultants and contractors, resulting in a project that was completed under budget and on time.
