As a Principal Member and the President of APD Engineering & Architecture, Mr. Wheatcraft joined APD in 2003 and never looked back! He advanced APD’s architectural services into a national presence and established APD as a national architect and building services provider for numerous clients.
His personal vision is to ensure that our clients’ satisfaction remains high by recognizing their needs through vision, budget consciousness and teamwork. True to his vision, Mr. Wheatcraft strives to lead APD based on these principles and by applying leading technology and sustainable solutions.
Mr. Wheatcraft is responsible for the supervision and implementation of staffing, project management, design, production, quality control, construction field inspection, development of rendered drawings, and cost estimating. His responsibilities as a project manager include architectural design and project management for various commercial, industrial, and residential clients. He has provided these services for some of the nation’s leading retailers including ALDI Inc., CVS Pharmacy and Monroe Inc.
A member of the American Institute of Architects, U.S. Green Building Council, and International Council of Shopping Centers, in 2009 he became a certified LEED® Accredited Professional.
Mr. Wheatcraft enjoys spending time with his family and friends, spending time in the outdoors (camping, hunting, fishing, etc.), and sports (watching most, playing golf, etc.)
Mr. Wheatcraft is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds certificates of architectural registration in numerous US states.
