Each year, APD brings a number of Taco Bell and Pizza Hut projects to realization for the world’s largest restaurant company. We have successfully navigated both the corporate and municipal processes to bring projects to realization for a large regional franchisee.

APD works with YUM’s Development Advisory Committee to get sites approved, and works directly with YUM’s Regional Architectural Partner to rollout site specific buildings. APD’s work has been recognized by YUM such that we have been recommended by the Regional Architectural Partner to pursue additional assignments. In addition, we have been one of the first architects in the northeast to rollout a Wing Street prototype, with many of our redesigns and improvements adopted by YUM Brands in the corporate prototype.

Projects have ranged from remodels, expansions and new builds to emergency services for sites damaged by fire or acts of nature. Our full service civil engineering services have included concepts, due diligence, entitlements, traffic studies, site development, survey, landscape architecture, civil engineering and planning and zoning representation. Our full service building and prototype rollout programs include architectural concepts and designs along with full structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services.
