From the founding of our company through today, APD has maintained a long term and lasting relationship with the world’s largest and leading retailer. We have been a consulting partner for the design of more than 100 Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club projects in the northeast, southeast and south central United States.

Wal-Mart relies on APD to provide full service land development services, including due diligence, entitlements, site development, civil engineering, environmental impact statements, transportation design and planning/zoning representation. Projects range from “Special Projects”, including expansions and additions, to development of new Supercenter sites. APD also serves Wal-Mart’s national steering committee for sustainability.
