Located in the historic hamlet of Egypt, New York, APD guided a local restaurateur through the myriad of permits, historic reviews, and municipal reviews to transform a former retail building into an upscale restaurant. Services for the project included concept layout, survey, site engineering, civil engineering, entitlements, and planning/zoning representation. APD provide key representation to successfully navigate the client through the Hamlet Historic Architecture Commission, and bring the clients dream fruition on a low budget.
