The civil engineer will be working in a team environment on land development projects. You will be responsible for performing and directing the site development design and obtaining municipal/agency approvals. The position includes working for national commercial companies on projects throughout New York State and Pennsylvania, as well as expansion projects throughout the eastern United States.
The applicant should be proficient at stormwater, sanitary, water, grading and general layout of commercial, residential and industrial projects. The applicant will be required to design projects within a computer-drafting environment. Project Management experience will be a positive asset in this position.
Seeking a registered Architect to work on nationally based commercial/retail projects. Candidates must be hands-on in the production efforts and must be experienced with construction documents, specifications and construction administration. NCARB Certification is preferred.
Individual shall provide architectural staff mentoring and training and have experience as a Project Architect managing design and production teams, including sub-consultants, for commercial/retail projects. Candidates proficient in AutoCAD and/or REVIT software preferred. Strong communication skills and ability for some travel is a plus.

Seeking a project leader to work on nationally based retail projects. Candidates must be highly motivated, posses the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and detail oriented. Individual must also have strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, production and coordination of concept floor plans and exterior elevations, preparation and coordination (with project sub-consultants) of contract documents. Review and supervise drawing and specification corrections and changes. Coordinate submittal of contract documents for governmental review, distribution of bid documents and addenda and construction change directive processing while adhering to project schedule and budget.
3+ years of experience in architectural practice preferred. Experience in AutoCAD 2006 (or newer) a must and REVIT preferred. Knowledge of building codes and experience in retail and/or commercial architecture is preferred.
